CONSULATION

Mark or Kathleen will meet on site for an informational session where we evaluate the property, discusses the client’s needs, and provide professional guidance. The visit can include:
✔ Site analysis – Assessing soil, drainage, sun exposure, and existing plants.
✔ General recommendations – Suggestions for plant choices, irrigation, and uses for the space
✔ Q&A session – Addressing client concerns and goals without creating a formal design plan.

A consultation is ideal for those looking for expert advice before deciding on a full-scale project.

DESIGN

Design is a comprehensive planning process that transforms the existing space into an environment that provides relaxation and function for each individual project.
✔ Concept development – Custom layouts for plantings, hardscapes, and outdoor living areas.
✔ Plant selection – Choosing climate-adapted and California native plants, offering resiliency and biodiversity within the garden
✔ Irrigation & drainage planning –  Utilizing surveying techniques to facilitate proper land grading for drainage, and ensuring efficient water use with quality irrigation products and control clocks.
✔ Sustainability focus – Incorporating fire-resistant, drought-tolerant, and low maintenance plants and hardscape elements that compliment each space.

A design guides the installation process and is perfect for clients ready to invest in a thoughtful, well-planned landscape transformation.
